A little about us
I started CareLink after years of managing caregivers for a large national agency. Families were shuffled between different people every week. Staff burned out, communication broke down, and nobody felt in control.
CareLink is intentionally small and local. We match a consistent team of caregivers to each client, build simple schedules, and use plain language. You always know who is coming, when they'll be there, and what they're there to do.
We're not the cheapest agency in town, and we're not trying to be. But if you want reliable people who treat your family like their own, we'd be glad to talk.
